Instructor Training #3, "Map Instructor"
The material in this course concerns the nine stages of adult
development. IAM's commitment is to lead a student through these
nine steps, although no one can predict how long the complete
process will take.
Progress may be rapid at the beginning and then slow dramatically,
or the path may be difficult early on and get easier. Generally
there is one step where one's paradigm
is severly challenged that requires several years.
The Map of the steps on the path to fulfillment is a great
asset to our school. It guides the teacher, as the teaching
process has to change at each step the student takes, and it
allows the student to measure his/her progress.
